Trillium Brewing Company - Boston

We went to Trillium with a group of five on a Saturday night and had no trouble getting a table. The two hosts were friendly and helpful. The PM DAWN beer was fantastic. Both the single and double IPAs were excellent. They have a wonderful selection of brews that I wish I could have tried them all. My wife loved the passion fruit Weiss. I've been to many breweries, and this is definitely the best one I've been to. The food was also very good - we had the chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, mussels, and clam chowder, all cooked perfectly and tasted great. The staff was friendly and polite, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The place was very clean. The take-out menu is also fantastic. I recommend parking in the parking garage around the corner. This is the best brewery on the East Coast and a must-visit if you're in town.

This brewery in the city center is fantastic. The servers and staff were friendly and the service was fast. They offer a wide variety of beers, including lagers, IPAs, and sour beers. It can get quite busy on weekends, so it's best to make a reservation and arrive early. They also have snack options like fries, potatoes, and mixed nuts. We enjoyed all of the beers, which are freshly brewed and served in generous portions. Highly recommended for beer enthusiasts.

The farm to table dining experience at Trillium was a delightful surprise. The drinks were fantastic and paired perfectly with delicious appetizers. The cheese board was a standout, especially when enjoyed with the grilled bread. However, the restaurant is always crowded, which can detract from the overall experience. Despite this, the service, food, and drinks at Trillium are top-notch.

I have stopped by this restaurant a few times while out on bike rides. The drinks and food are both great.

Every time I'm in town, I make sure to stop by this restaurant for the beer. I also appreciate that they offer vegan options. The menu seems to change with each visit, so be sure to look at my pictures for the latest options.
