Overpriced. Out of items still on blackboard. Servers seemed overwhelmed and confused.

Too expensive!! And the flavors never change $10 for a pint of ice cream? Scoops have gotten ridiculously smaller. 1 scoop Sunday and couldn't find the ice cream! The hot chocolate melted it all and it was the smallest scoop of ice cream. Go to Ron's in Dedham or the gelato place on Centre or take a trip to friendly. Highway robbery.

Clean and friendly but always out of tart yogurt x. Not sure what the issue is have more on hand.

Sad looking cup of ice cream. I asked for a medium, and the cup was nearly empty. I asked the lady for some more. And she said it was going to be extra.I don't mind paying (I ended up paying the extra), but dang not worth the price.

My family loves JP Licks and all of the staff good location, great ice cream and service. Makes us feel happy.
