Whataburger - Bossier City

Whataburger never disappoints! Although the drive thru line was crazy long, the workers moved the line very quickly, even as I watched large orders being passed out of the window to the cars in line ahead of me. I was very satisfied with the amount of toppings given to me with my avocado bacon burger, they?re the only fast food place who ever gives me enough tomato : The service at the window was quick and friendly. Not happy that they stopped the Swiss Mushroom Double Burger! The post below was from 2 years ago, my last time here; all I can say is it was everything I was hoping for, and it was actually, a bit better; I had the exact same thing! Thanks for the fantastic meal!!! Awesome staff too???????? (I had the Swiss Mushroom Double Burger, and it was absolutely fantastic; just about my favorite hamburger, ever!!!

I ordered a #8 double Jr whataburger meal with onion rings and a small drink. My onion rings were so burnt they were inedible. Would have returned it but didn't notice until I got where I was going. Pretty disappointed I usually love the onions rings.

I come here often later in the evenings and the place is always dirty. Tonight I was there and the managers were just sitting there not making employees wipe down tables or cleaning up spills. I personally witnessed the manager tell an employee to get the wet floor sign and place over a wet spot when there was only 2 people in the lobby eating instead of getting a mop and cleaning it up. I then had to wipe down my own table to have a clean table to eat at. This place is going down hill fast need to hire better management for the evening shift.
