Texas Roadhouse - Bossier City

Dreadful experience at this place. waited for an hour to eat my food, then the bar-tenders tried to act as if the kitchens were mistaken and acted as if they did not know where my food was. but I watched my meal go to another person who sat 20 minutes after my order, who said well that this is not what I ordered, but it will work. When my food finally came, it was far over boiled, I ordered a medium steak, and the steak I received could also have been bark silk. I will never return to this place again. very sad if they have 3 bar offers and they can't even offer neat service yet. 2 hours for dry steak over boiled.

Stopped here for lunch, service was great and prompt. Our waitress was pleasant, alert and tentative. We did not have reservations yet only waited for maybe 10 minutes. I will most definitely return and would recommend

Ordered 14 oz prime rib. My first clue should have been when the server came back and said we are out of 14 oz and only have 12 and 16 oz portions. I should have changed my order as this means the portions are pre-cut. I requested horse radish for the prime rib and had to repeat my request 3 times. By the time I received the horse radish the meat was room temperature. Same with rolls and drinks. Multiple requests and finally rolls for desert. For the life of me I can't figure out how the meat was so dry!
