Taco Bell - Bossier City

They gave me a ton of Stale chips. Very little nacho cheese. Lemonade was good.

I didn?t have the best experience , me and my wife visited the the restaurant at 10:00pm . we ordered three double stack nacho tacos , and two spicy potato soft tacos . Each taco was cold , the potatoes on the soft tacos were cold the tortilla shells weren?t warm when each steamer supposed to warm each side of the tortilla for five seconds . The beef on the nacho tacos were cold , the customer service were poor they didn?t greet us , not one employee had a face mask covering their face neither hair nets .. The tacos was completely trash everything was trash , and we?ll never be spending our hard earned money there again in our lives. And to make this post, I?m forced to leave one star. They don?t deserve no stars to be honest. This is the Airline location by the bossier mall ,

Service is always fast, and the food is always fresh with a surprising degree of consistency. There is a problem with missing parts of the order, and probably 2/3 of the time we have go back in to get something that was left out (which has typically been when we order a side of creamy jalapeno sauce).

I was literally just in here and I would like to know when rice started coming on a plain bean burrito... I am allergic to rice ????? and being as a bean burrito is supposed to be beans, shredded cheese, onions, and red sauce.... I should not have to ask for no rice... I also ordered it with no sauce and it has sauce... For some reason they decided no red sauce means add creamy jalapeno sauce...????

Fast service, wasteful with condiments! Ordered 3 $1 items...
