Bidra med feedbackRed lobster has to fight with personal shortage, and we sat at our table ca. 20 minutes for our server to recognize us and take our drink order. server anna c, who worked another area, came to our retreat and made an extraordinary work that took care of our party of 8. our food was prepared with perfection and everyone in our party was satisfied. the food was better prepared and tasted much better than it had 2 months before our last visit
Our server was nice, but not so good, if we keep up with our drinks, we always had to ask where she was when we needed something, she was slow to bring it.
Hello, I have very good service on Saturday. my host labriska has made a really good job with our order. she was friendly, fast and very friendly. she did a wonderful job with us. thanks for the great customer service! we will sit back in their session. parking: really was in the position to get a large parking lot.
Was not in the awhile. forgot how good the food was. service and eating was excellent today! new items in the menu.
Food was good, fresh and hot...once we got it. Was seated immediately, then asked to move as waitress was leaving, or had left. After moving to a different section, initial service was slow. Once the waitress got to us, she was friendly, attentive and VERY helpful!l Was amazed at her memory as she did not have to write anything down (and it was all correct). Food was slower coming from the kitchen than it used to be. Honestly believe they were short on staff in most areas...probably like so many other places. Considering everything, I give them 5 stars!
