Gumbo To Geaux - Bossier City

Crawfish etouffee was excellent! Fried crawfish tails and crab cakes perfect! Only complaint that the rice was cold.

Seafood was overcooked in the Gumbo and it wasn't seasoned. Shrimp cooked too hard and there was barely any rice in the Gumbo.

Excellent food with great portion size. Fish was very good and cooked well. The egg rolls were incredible. Best in Bossier that I have had. True Cajun flavors.

Probably the best crawfish etouffee I have had! Catfish is great also..

It's good, but not a favorite of ours. This visit was better than the last one. It is home style cooking. Small place, the folks were nice. Food came out at a reasonable time for lunch.
