McDonald's - Bordeaux

I had to find out how to order on their touchscreens and then how to pay by cash or credit card and then also pick up their system for ordering my wife wondered where the hell I went when it... took me so long, just to get some French hairs and two sodas, but we had fun at the end! That's why you're going to a strange country to experience their daily life.

I tried to pay at the kiosk, the order was rejected, but the card was approved. Since it was approved, I waited for my food. But later I found out that the order was rejected with the approved credit card. The staff said that my credit card will be refunded within a few days, but it's not. I try to be refunded, but the website denies access. I have traveled more than 25 countries, but I have never experienced such ridiculous things. This is a break from my wallet and shame to Bordeaux McDonald's!

We needed really filled water ASAP (it's hot outside! and McDonald's was our go-to-stop for hydration. Beautiful clean facility with a good amount of people! Menu looked like all the things we know from home, with a few other things added for...local taste.

Slow and disinterested staff. I don't really expect much from a Maccy D but I would like staff to show an interest when I'm being served. Oh and the toilets are disgusting. Top tip. If you need the toilets (upstairs) there is a keypad code...to get in, which is on the receipt when you make a purchase, however if you wait by the door someone is bound to come out, and can nip in then, they are not pleasant though go in at your peril.

Why do you go to bordeaux if you want to eat mc do ? just stay home...Mc do is not a restaurant definitely
