Joy Bistro - Boone

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to meet a server named Braden, who is also known as Dean. After my meal, I had the pleasure of chatting with the kitchen staff about the incredible food. The pantry chefs, Cameron and Eric, did a stellar job preparing the Brie puffs and prosciutto. I also enjoyed a conversation with the other two chefs, Tommy and Oliver, about their excellent cooking. I must say, I will definitely be returning every Friday from now on!

The food and service were fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the mussels and the duck!

The food is exceptional, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. The Bistro is located in a strip mall, which does limit the possibilities for creating an atmosphere, but they have done a great job given the space constraints. Overall, it has a lovely ambiance that suits the character of the town perfectly.

I had an outstanding dining experience. The staff was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the wine selection was excellent. I would definitely return!

Each dish surpassed my expectations! Everything was delicious and truly worth every dollar spent.
