Always a lovely experience. The coffee and tea are wonderful, as is the breakfast burrito and all the merchandise. The wait staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Go early and often! Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian, but that sausage in the burrito is delicious! Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level and very spacious.

Adorable coffee shop with tasty breakfast treats cute gifts and swag in the front as well equipped for folks who are working from a coffee shop the girl at the register must have been new bc everything I ordered she said opposite a bit concerning bc literally everything I ordered she heard opposite and I had to correct her. It’s the best place for coffee in the Boone area! The staff is always so friendly and the drinks are so good! I love the busy bee latte but this time I tried something new, I got the seasonal, strawberry matcha lemonade. Let me tell you, that was the best matcha lemonade I’ve ever had! I’d recommend getting it while you can!

I should have left a good review a long time ago. The avocado toast at this place is delicious. They have great coffee and vegan cookies. The employees at this coffee shop are amazing. Some places claim to be inclusive but it ends up being lip service because the moment a parent walks in with little kids who don't act like perfect angels the eye rolls begin. You realize this even more if you have a child who is special needs who has trouble sitting still and can be loud. I've never felt anything but welcomed at Hatchet. Thank you for creating a truly kind, inclusive environment.

The best lavender mocha I’ve had! Such a wonderful place tucked away with plenty of tables and counters for students in school. Loved the energy!
