Coyote Kitchen - Boone

When I get to boone, I'll stop here. if not more than once. I have eaten at so many places in my life and I still think that's my favorite. I love the boats. taos, kaktus and barbados are my favorites. we always get the salsa sampler. is formed cactus with maisbrot instead of rice and added chipotle cream cheese(Full). highly recommended!

Super good food! the waiter was friendly and helpful. I never had ananas on my hamburger, but the carribean burger was 10/10.

Overall we were both very happy with dinner. the food took a while to get to the table, but the staff was super friendly and it was a good experience.

The food was delicious! I had the Yucatan boat, and it's one of my favorite shrimp dishes I've had! Also, the art on the walls is for sale. We bought an adorable painting that I can wait to put on our wall at home. Definitely recommend!

We've been here in the past and it was great but we went yesterday and it was the worse food I've had in a while. Absolutely no taste, chips were stale, meat had no flavor. Taco was flavorless to say the least. Would not recommend and definately will never go again a total waste of time and money
