Subway - Bonners Ferry

I am very, very displeased with this subway. I live a couple towns over and I was passing through a couple days ago so I decided to stop and get some food. Big mistake. First of all it was very dirty, there was crumbs on almost every table in there and the floor looked atrocious. It was about 6pm when I went in, there were two people working a middle aged man with facial piercings and a younger looking girl with brown hair. The service was terrible, there were two people working the girl was inside with people piling up and the man was outside smoking, when he finally came back in after 10 minutes he smelled awful. Now I 'm not one to judge but he smelled like weed, very skunky and putrid. Not very professional if you ask me. As he put his gloves on- without washing his hands may I add, he started to take the woman 's order in front of me. He was very rude and made weird comments to the girl he was working with that made everybody uncomfortable. As he started to make my sandwich he was visibly annoyed when I said I needed three sandwiches, the toasted was out of order which isn 't a big deal, he offered to microwave my sandwiches and I said yes, again he was visibly annoyed. The girl who rung me up was very polite and professional, she apologized for her coworkers behavior which I very much appreciated. As I was getting my sides he came back out to sit in the lobby, now obviously I didn 't tip because I was not pleased with my overall experience. As I left I could hear him talking very loudly about how he hates people who come in and dont tip. 10/10 would NOT recommend coming here and they should fire the man

This is a nice clean Subway that is generally what you would expect from the chain. Employees were efficient but too busy to be overly friendly with the line of folks that had formed during our visit. Understandable though as they were trying to get everyone taken care of.

I went here three times on my trip to Banff, Canada from California in the summer of 2017. Once at night, then the next morning and then on my way back. Super nice staff. Great food. Clean and lots of room to relax. Keep up the good work!

Worst costumer service I had ever had at a Subway. One sandwich had so much mustard and mayo on it you couldn't see the meat. They were so slow it took 20 mins between two guys to make three sandwiches! Horrible choice to stop in a small town! They put mustard on my wife's sandwich even though she didn't ask for it. He asked her to scrape it off instead of making a new one...

This Subway location is just like any other. You get exactly what you expect – nothing more, nothing less. Unfortunately, the footlongs are no longer $5, which is disappointing. What really bothers me is that they no longer offer Swiss cheese here. I've been to Subway in other states where they still have it, so it's frustrating that it's not available at this location.
