The best gelato I had in bozen. when I was there, they had 7 vegan flavors to choose from. the personal is very friendly and the atmosphere is beautiful. update 5/12 was here again and unfortunately the gelato was a bit glacial.

This was my favorite ice cream shop in the days before, but since I've never been a big fan of her fruit sorbets, I somehow didn't come here after I went vegan. a few years ago they started with four milk-free ice creams and are incredible! it may be just a small selection, but I think it's safe to say that this is as good as it comes in bozen. I also feel that their fruit aromas have improved much, but the more kind are so good that I can hardly ever get them updated from the previous review on 2018-08-10
