We had a great night at Albert Hall watching Beauty and the Beast. The seating is not too bad compared to some other places I’ve been. The staff was really helpful and we didn’t have to queue for the toilet during intervals as there was plenty. All round good night. Ive been a few times and its always been a good experience

Had a brilliant night at the panto! The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the entry process was very efficient. The building itself was very impressive but also clean and well sign-posted. The show was just what a traditional panto should be! We had a very enjoyable evening.

Beautiful place , the production we watched was fantastic. Only downfall was the bar . The staff were lovely but the pumps were not working properly for the beers , had to revert to bottles ,were fine on previous visits. Would definitely go again .

Went to see my granddaughter in a show. Called in the bar on the first floor for a quick drink before it started. No diet coke, no soda water, ended up having a slimline tonic. I like a slimline tonic but was very disappointed that on a evening when there was a show on there was no diet coke or soda water. One of the bar staff did say, they may have some at the upstairs bar but unfortunately I wasn't in that bar. That was the only reason I gave 4 stars. Rest of the evening was very enjoyable
