We came as a family of 4 on a quiet Thursday evening, we ordered only 2 x milkshakes, 1 x earth beer waffel, 1 x banana split and a coffee, would they not think that they could get this basic order wrong? that they have. at first they brought out objects on their own so that one of our group would drink satt milkshake before all the others arrived, then 5 minutes after my earthly waffel arrived the waitress brought out the same again, I showed her our acknowledgement and said we didn't order two, she just scrub her shoulders and went away, she wore ears in all of us thought then my partner banane split came, he was really excited, still disappointed, she brought him the wrong banane, who had drowned tones and sirup, when everything he wanted was a classic banana split, he didn't want one fuss because he didn't want to wait for another. only to end the terrible service, they brought my hot coffee last, which meant that everyone waited for me when they had finished their eating and shook so that I rushed. £27 was very expensive for what we had. I raised a complaint with a little man who worked there, he apologized, but that was it. it didn't seem to be a lead. would never return. for these prices I would expect a hot drink to be served first and a service with a friendly smile.

Order apfel crumble and cripple for taking. Apple's crumb looked like it's been there for weeks! then sirup was added on the top I only assume to moisturize as it saw everything dry and old! added the custard and tried it .one word, terrible! it was just a solid bake. live several miles from the shop, so did not go back to show them how appalling their product was! Don't think I will ever order from here again!

Very pricy, very slower service, even if they had only a few customers. several tabs were woob

Hi I just want to add that we ordered 3 times last week and the first was a cherry sun with a small tub of single cream was honestly the best I cost. the next order of the day after was so beautiful. a banan and strawberry dessert absolutely perfect . I was looking forward to the last night order, but the last night order was unusable the cup was half full as u can see in the photos no sauce and the cream disintegrated. I don't like complaining, but it was terrible my daughter, who commanded me to leave her mango smoothie, it's still her full it tasted awful too. I hope I'm at least sorry, or I'm not going to order again what a shame is. my complaints were ignored .that the treatment to a loyal customer denies
