Brewers Fayre Castlewood - Bolsover

Eating was good, children love playing area. nyssa was an excellent waitress and made sure that we were all satisfied with him and drinks.

We stayed here for lunch as it was convenient to be only a two-minute drive from mcarthur glen where we shop. it is a brewers fayre chain, so family-friendly and quite their standard pub grub to reasonable trips. we got a list of everything that was not available in the menu due to delivery problems and it was a pretty extensive list! they have a day offer of two netzen for Mon-Fri, and that was good for us. there is a smaller choice to choose and we went for the smashed chicken and fishing finger sandwich with chips instead of crawling. it's the first pub we were in post-covid that no more table service and they are now ordering again at the cash. it was not very busy and eating came out in time. the chips are really nice. the part was that mayo that forced a bad one. personally I found the brot to be really flimsy for filling. the fish goujons were more broken than baked, which I preferred. overall it was good for what we wanted. nothing spectacular, but no real complaining.

I came to the restaurant tonight with my partner and kids. We were seated promptly and our food arrived quickly, hot and incredibly delicious. The children's portions were just right, and even my picky eater son managed to finish all his food thanks to the attentive service from Megan. The staff, including Megan, Lewis, Emma, and Blake, made our visit enjoyable with their friendly and efficient service. We will definitely be back soon, thanks to the young staff.

The food at this restaurant was amazing. Everything was served hot and the staff were fantastic, especially with my son. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
