I discovered this restaurant by chance: I open Maps, I look for restaurants along the lake, I look at some photos and book. I must say that both my husband and I were happily amazed at the beauty of the place, the goodness of the courses (and I do not love the fish much), the friendliness of the staff and also on the account as we expected to spend more view the abundance of the dishes and the freshness of the fish. I highly recommend to all to try it!

In short, on the lake (Bolsena) a historical activity, where it is very recommended to pass to taste dishes of land or the delicious local fish, the choregone, which can be enjoyed roasted or in the amazing ragù of fish that accompanies the dumplings. Very delicate also fried available in the triple version: only lake, only sea or mixed. Friendly and informal environment, public parking for a fee, possibility of relaxation and bathroom in the lake in the adjacent lawn-beach. We didn't take many pictures, we were trying to taste! In an image, visit a couple of 'natural' guests!
