Subway - Bollstanaes

It's Subway, not much to say other than it's difficult to order properly here when you only speak English as not all of the people there speak any. Food tasted as good as always. Ordered a salad for the first time, was pretty good but was starving much quicker than having a sandwich, not surprisingly!

The food was decent, but the girl at the counter was likely the least friendly Subway employee I've ever encountered. She seemed completely disinterested in the customers. Despite our friendly demeanor and smiles, she was downright rude. Throughout the ordering process, she wore a grumpy expression and appeared annoyed when she misheard the ingredient I wanted. I recommend valuing yourself and avoiding places where you aren’t treated like a valued customer.

The staff struggled to speak Swedish well enough to take my order accurately, and I was charged for an extra menu item without receiving anything for it. When I returned just moments later with my receipt, they were unwilling to acknowledge their mistake. Instead, they offered me cookies as compensation.

This is my favorite Subway location. It's small and usually quite calm, and they make great sandwiches. The place is clean, and the ingredients always feel fresh. The employees are friendly, too.

Good sandwiches, all employee's spoke English very well.
