Bidra med feedbackBirthday party wrong! We stopped here after an exhausting flight to make a birthday party. our reservation was at 830, This location closes at 10. This is the worst culinary experience I've ever had. My two-year-old daughter got her booster seat 15 minutes after her meal. had to ask ASHLEY 3 times. The brand Red Hummers has definitely gone down over the years, but I did not know it to this extent. Ashley came with only one water, although we both ordered alcoholic drinks. Both of our drinks tasted like sweet and acidic mixture, with little to no alcohol in the drink. She came with old and burned cookies and when I asked for cookies that were not burned, she said well, I have to check... we close soon. This is at 8:45.. I thought they closed at 10. She always took our order and sat near the kitchen on her phone. I ordered a last feast, they had no crab legs. Okay, I don't understand a problem, after taking our orders 15 minutes later, it comes out without cookies and let me know, as soon they close the salads and I'll have to choose something else because they don't feel like they take it back. At this point I ask them to cancel my order and bring me the check. This made the “Manager” Joe He is incapable and in my opinion deserves no job. I ask him for his card and he let me know he ran out, then I asked him about company number... He told me GOOGLE IT. That was absolutely terrible. They didn't even recognize my birthday that was the only reason I decided to dive out. I think that was unacceptable. A customer should not suffer from a bad culinary experience because employees want to go home early. NEW
A well run and clean Red Lobster I would recommend clarification of the Open Table priority description. I was five minutes after my priority time not a reservation and although the Open Table information said the priority was held for fifteen minutes after my arrival time, I was originally told that I was put at the bottom of the wait list since I wasn 't on time. I had to ask to see the manager to understand. It wasn 't explained to me, but my party was seated. I am grateful to the manager for seating us, but I am happy to follow the rules when I understand them. I would ask that the system be better clarified.
Not impressed. Shrimp wasn’t crispy or hot. Restaurant was freezing inside and service sucked
Need more wait staff. One hostess One server One manager. Def not enough. Sever did best he could. Great guy (2/10@8pm)
A great place for everyday dining. Food never disappoints. The service is always good. The only complaint is the lighting. The lighting is very bright and makes it seem like a cafeteria. The bar area is nice but because of the lighting, I would never consider meeting friends there. I’ve heard that same complaint from other people also.
