Good service and food was as brilliant as Reb Robin is usually. Especially with their exquisite groundless steakries?.

The staff was friendly and the server was wonderful with my children. The 4 stars were due to food quality. We had a big group, so we ordered six baskets of groundless pommes. We received only 1 refill for our 10-person group. The refills were tiny, like what the duck was so tiny. A basket had only 10 Pommes in it. The quality of the frits themselves was also overwhelming with noticeable differences in taste, temperature and appearance. With this meal disappointed.

Their food was tasty and the quality was good too. I liked their service, their waiter was patient, kind and respectful.

When we got there we waited 15 minutes to be seated. I still don?t understand why because several groups of three people came in and they were seated before us. But we were told they needed to wait to clear seats before we could get seated. I wasn?t really upset I just waited. I assumed it was because we had kids. Once we were able to be seated we were immediately greeted with our server asking us what we wanted to drink. We got our drinks in a timely fashion. And then after we were asked if we decided what we wanted yet, but we had not at that time. The woman still came around about a good two minutes later which left us plenty of time to look and order. Kids got crayons and good food. The price for everything is just perfect. They were short staffed but I?d say they did great short staffed at getting to us. We did had to flag down our server to ask her for more drinks, but she was busy and it again, was low staff so NOT complaining. Our server was VERY nice and the people who brought our food had such an upbeat personality I loved it! They helped us with extra drinks, fry sauce, to-go containers and a bag! Being so busy and short staffed they really were good! I loved my food and everything was hot and fresh and perfect!

One of my best red Robin experiences. I'm not going much to RR, maybe once a year. Always decent to good experience, but this was great over the board. Super friendly staff, fast service and the food was very good. The only reason why it is not 5 stars that they are over $3 only too sub in an impossible burger.
