The chow mine has so much cautious in it and there is hardly any more nudity. they get in the round a cauliflower with a few nudes here and there. the portion size is ok, but if they ask for half chow half rice and they give them 3/4 rice and two forks full of noodles something is wrong.

I have no reason to give them less than 4 stars. I do agree, timing is everything. Busy times, food is fresh, slow times, employees may be bored and/or rude, food may be less than fresh. This was not my brief experience today. Lunchtime on a Saturday at this busy intersection, parking lot was clean, inside looked cleaned, food was fresh as they were very busy. Friendly employee took my order, filled it up and rang me up. No real interaction, but no rudeness either. Employees were working hard. Food was delicious.

Great food. very clean the people were very fast and friendly willing to make more food even though they were closing soon. Definitely will go back.

The mobile system failed, I waited for 20 minutes before I had to get in line and ask about my order, because no one was paying any attention to the people waiting for mobile orders. Then my order couldn't be found in the system and they had to write it finally got my food almost 45 minutes later ... Either get a better mobile system or don't do mobile orders

**DO NOT PAY IN CASH!** Today, after I paid with cash, I received the wrong amount of change. When I addressed the issue with the staff member, she spoke to her manager and then returned saying there was nothing she could do. While the amount was small, it is still theft. This isn’t my first negative experience at this location—I've encountered rude and incompetent staff, as well as improper food handling. Despite these issues, I kept coming back because it’s the closest restaurant to me. After today, I will no longer be visiting this location. If you're craving orange chicken, I highly recommend finding another place.
