Capitol Cellars - Boise

This is one of my favorite restaurants in boise. eating is amazing and the place has a really gentle atmosphere. last time we garnish the silent majority, Pete?s lamm hacks, re-elect ravioli, crème brûlée and the sorbet. the whole meal was amazing, but the garnels was an absolute stand out. am I not? usually go out of my way to recommend a court, but the silent majority garneling was amazing!

Not even sure how to adequately convey our dissatisfaction. the service was slow and unstoppable. everything lacked taste about herbal/season. 2/3 were served cold and the other was boiled over. best I can say that the pommes were solid and a decent mojito. I couldn't resist anyone I didn't like.

My man took me earlier this year for a date night here and it was a few of the best food I had ever eaten! Beyond that, the service was excellent and it had a really nice ambiente!

Man I wanted to really love this place, the atmosphere is so amazing! unfortunately the experience was not great. we have decided to take my parents here for a special night. I was excited because I heard great things. I have to say that if you walk down the stairs into the cellar, like atmosphere, I was blown away. the history of the building speaks for itself. the staff was friendly and the wine selection was immense! so where they fell short. the wood. there were 4 of us, and we all decided to order separate things on the menu. at each order something was wrong. the chicken was boned dry, one of my edgy companions could literally not chew through her steak. we even sent him back, and the second was just as bad! I hate to leave bad cripples, but I must say the truth! I think you should go here for a happy hour and get a great vino with your friends. I would definitely come back and do that, unfortunately I wouldn't eat here again.

Beautiful setting in the heart of Boise. The food was as amazing and the staff was gracious and very attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
