Bidra med feedbackThis is definitely not a BBQ. We ordered what they were burned ends and ?bbq? brisket. Both dishes were exactly the same and did not taste like BBQ. I think they have confused BBQ brisket and pot roast. I have to trade in the BBQ sauce for potatoes and gravy. On a positive note. it was decent pot roast..
My job was completely wrong. The Hawaiian rolls ordered at extra cost and they left them out of my pocket. And can you believe that a BBQ restaurant would leave the sauce that was also ordered? Avoid the caesar salad... it's just iceberg salad and cheese. I called back to complain and they said they would replace the missing items. You're 15 miles from home. I strongly recommend that you check your order before you leave the building.
The ribs were unusable, burned to a crack. Very upset. I wanted some good ribs. Management should be responsible for bad quality products. Covid's over. No excuse!
???? Two times we went to dinner. Don't waste your time. Last time we were both pulled pig plates and drinks and the sum came out to give about 26 ish or take a few. Your pulled pig on the menu says 11,50 for meat and two sides, drinks are separated. Our food was cold as soon as we came home and we live only about 5 minutes away and it is not very delicious. This time we go to dinner, menu says 11.50 for our order minus drinks and we have two drinks to go and our order came to 34. I looked at the menu prices as if I would order online, the menu prices are 16.70 for barbeque and the big yellow cups are 3.78 I did the mathematics and our food of 2 pulled pork plates each with two sides and two drinks were 34 if they were about 26 as it was the first time. I'm not gonna eat from here again. You must update their menu prices and not only have the paper on the front of the counter that prices may be higher. You can not have that people think their food is 12 and fee 17 and do not contain drinks and give cold food. I'd rather sit down and spend my 20 on a steak.
Giving one star is really stretching it. We both ordered a half rib plate with a drink. The menu hanging up said $13.60 for half rib plate. My bill was $45.57. First of all, the ribs were tough and you couldn't hardly get them off the bones. When I gave her my plate back and told her the ribs were tough, she tried to say that I ate 3 of them but I only ate 2. Then I told her I was over charged and when I said the ribs were $13.60 she said they were $17. There was a printed out paper hanging on the counter that said prices could be higher. Well, when I kept pointing out to her that the menu said $13.60 she kept referring to that paper hanging up. Also, said their GM said that was all they had to do. Well, I don't know their prices and that was only the 2nd time that I have eaten there and both times was not good. How am I supposed to know that wasn't the correct price and she plainly told me she couldn't give my money back. Her only offer was more food. I got chopped pork and brought it home. Before I left I took my pen out of my purse and crossed out the price of the ribs. I feel like that is deceiving to people and a good practice for a business to do this. Just wanted to make people aware if you go there to eat...you will probably be surprised. I won't be going back and I know it's no going to break them but if other people are aware of this and don't go, maybe, just maybe somebody will have enough sense to realize that you should have the correct menu hanging up.
