Anytime I order from here, my order is always wrong. I never get the additional things I pay extra for or something is always missing. On top of that it's usually either dried out or extremely messy. It's like they throw the food at the wall and call it good.
CORPORATE MANAGEMENT and Store Management. In the last year they’ve really gone down hill. From the wait time, to the order correct, to the quality. At least half a dozen times all 3 were a failure at this location. (Bluefield VA. Commerce rd. It must be poor management because Wendy’s is good when done right. I’ve noticed this at other Wendy’s locations so it may also be the fault of CORPORATE MANAGEMENT. Too bad. Maybe I’ll try again in 6 months to give them some time to improve. (Again ps. I’ve looked at the newest reviews and I don’t understand their high ratings. Something is amiss or im just very unlucky, so I’ll contact corporate directly.
Nuggets were not edible. The cashier Issac was very friendly and I appreciate that he wears his mask
Everything about great Wendy's experience. From order to food ready was nice and fast. My salad was fresh and tasty and the children loved her son of Baconator, 'much bacon.' To date, says Wendy's. What this really has to do with other fast food spots was that the staff really tried to ensure that all customers were satisfied with everything. The manager and later one of the employees went around to make sure everything was good. I have never seen this type of service in a fast food chain and it seemed to be welcomed by the other males. I have to go with 5.
