Bidra med feedbackSince relocating to Bluefield, VA, the quality of the food has noticeably improved, and the aroma in the building is far more appealing. I just hope they don't let this location decline like they did at Mercer Mall. Both the drinks and the food were fantastic!
Terrible!!! The service was dreadful, and the food quality was extremely low! The burgers arrived without any toppings, and my issue was never resolved! The pictures show the big brother's blue cheese meal and the mushroom burger. Absolutely awful!! If I could give zero stars, I would.
The food was served cold, and I discovered a hair in my sandwich. The chips were a mix of stale and fresh, as if they had poured some from an old bag and added a handful from a new one on top. There was a pile of dirt and trash next to the booth I was sitting in. My friend's sandwich also had bread that was rock hard. I had to ask my waitress multiple times for what I needed, even though the restaurant was empty, so I’m not sure why she kept forgetting my requests. Overall, if I could rate it less than half a star, I definitely would.
Was sat down fairly quickly but 30 minutes into it an no one had even taken our order. No drinks. About 20 minutes in the lady at bar told them we had been waiting for a long time still no one came. We left. Another guy leaving said they waited an hour when we were discussing leaving.
We visited the restaurant around 11:30 today. After waiting for 8 minutes at the entrance, we went to the kitchen door and called out for someone to assist us, as we were the only customers there. The waiter eventually seated us at a table that had dried, sticky ketchup on it, and the windows appeared dirty and sticky as well. The menu also had dried ketchup stains on it. After placing our order, we sat for over 25 minutes without seeing a waiter or receiving any food, despite being the only ones present. Frustrated, we decided to leave.
