Subway - Blue Springs

Worst service ever. Placed an order online for pick up with the BOGO price. They dont honor it. They tried to make it right by giving us other things. Which would have worked but then we waited an additional 30 minutes before anyone even attempted to makeour sandwiches. I will never use this Subway again. I think they should give us the entire price of our check back!

Asked for a subway melt. Aug 19th, 2019. They gave me ham, turkey and fricken roast beef, I told then that a subway melt doesn't have roast beef and they acted like I was stupid. Subway melt has Turkey, ham and bacon. Waste of money.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was outstanding. A young man named Marcel took care of us, and we enjoyed a nice conversation while he prepared our sandwiches. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

The employees who prepared our sandwiches this evening were outstanding! They were friendly, patient, and attentive to detail. I would highly recommend this place for its quality and exceptional service.

I visited the restaurant just before closing time and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service. The lady who assisted me was extremely friendly and prepared my sub with care, despite the late hour. She even took the time to make a sandwich for another customer who arrived after me, which wasn't required of her. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to her dedication.
