Mcdonald's - Blue Springs

McDonald's is McDonald's, as far as, the food. Inside, at 10am, dirty, employees with a lackluster attitude, NOT friendly, and just uninterested. We don't usually go to McDonald's (convenient this time, in a time crunch), and this is why. ️

If I could give it a zero I would!!! Never can get the order right, will make you sit out forever in the drive thru, make you pull up and then sit there for 30 minutes. The staff is also incredibly rude.

The service I got tonight made me change my review. Good job

Ordered a double cheese burger and it only had one patty

Placed a mobile order at 2:30 am on 12/30/22. Drove 30 mins to pick it up to be told the system was down. Asked how long until the system would be back up as we already placed the order and understanding that updates have to be done. The unhappy person working the drive thru decided to be rude and shout “obviously not!” at us. I said you don’t have to be rude, she screamed “you got rude!”. This then turned into her screaming at us, leaning out the window and flipping us off as we were leaving. … – show
