Bidra med feedbackIf you enjoy paying for really subpar food this is your place to dine. Yesterday, 26. July, four of us went here for lunch. my friend I had the beer broken cod sandwich. both sandwiches came with 2 pitiful small pieces of cod. his came with a spring mix salad. there was nothing on the green, no tomatoes no onions nada. I asked about the Mediterranean orzo. it came in half a full of 2 ounces of paper cup. that was a blessing when the Orzo was musch. My wife ordered a fried Flounder sandwich. It was an Anemic Unedel, which seemed like a frozen piece of fish. she also had the Orzo salad. Finally, my friend's wife had field green with grilled chicken. she liked the chicken, but not the green. we had calamari appetizer that was worth it. we had 1 cocktail apiece each. the invoice w/o tip came to just over $168.00! Service was good. unless you have to pass on JT's.
We had the salmon Cesar salad and south shore Cobb salad. Both were delicious. Service from the servers is very good and bar staff service is also very good. The view is worth the trip to sit out on a beautiful sunny summer day.
This place was underwhelming and disappointing. Granted they were busy but at the bar it shouldn't be 45mins just to be greeted. We ordered as soon as the extremely nice bartender greeted us (the only positive) and it took another hour for food to arrive. We ordered fish tacos and mussels. The fish was cooked to the point that it was charred black, it was dry and hard as a rock. Mussels were not good as most shells were closed, and sauce was the wrong type. Will not be back.
So delicious fresh seafood on the water one of my favorite summer spots. Boats even come up to the dock to pick up takeout. Parking is a bit hard but it's worth it.
If you are interested in having a beautiful meal on a beautiful day, try the Black Sea Bass with a lemon fennel risotto and a brocollini surprise addition. Fabulous flavors, seasoned perfectly and well balanced. Get it while you can!
