Free ice cream cone! Wish it would happen often, like once a month.

The supervisor is mean. The employee asked me if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes but he forgot to charge me extra. She came and told me he needed to charge me with an abusive attitude. I said it was fine, to not add whipped cream to my sundae. The employee was so embarrassed :

10/28/23 the girl that waited on me was not friendly at all. She did not say one word to me. She made my blizzard handed to me and walked away. I walked out and thought about it for a minute and walked back in and returned the blizzard and ask for my money back. I refuse to spend my money at any store, ice cream store and/or restaurant that thinks they can disrespect me. I can buy crunched up heath bar, fudge, caramel and ice cream from the grocery and make my own blizzard. I am over all of this bad customer service, it is not a good look.Thank youParking: Parking is fine

Ok went in order a banana split with nuts. I received a child’s portion banana split, when I questioned her about the quantity of nuts she lied and said they were on the bottom when in fact she had only put a half teaspoon of nuts. Hmmm then told me she would have to charge $1.00 for each additional half teaspoon. Well there you have it won’t be back and will forewarn all my friends, family, neighbors, and anyone I talk too to skip this place!

The place was nice and clean. And business as usual. The customer service wasnt bad either, but there was just a sense of, customers being a nuance, feel. Maybe it's just my personal opinion, and I wasn't expecting rainbows and unicorns but, at least smile a little.
