Dairy Queen (treat) - Bloomington

We were excited to grab a bite to eat and have some drinks here while taking a break from shopping at the Mall of America, but unfortunately, we were more disappointed than satisfied. The Orange Julius drinks were watered down and didn't taste very good. The employees seemed more focused on their phones and chatting with each other than on taking orders or serving customers, resulting in an unnecessarily long wait. The receipts they issued were not itemized, so we had no idea how much each item cost.

Does not give you coin change back as well as not advising you do not get coin change back. Staff was short and seemed bothered to do their job. Go to Aunt Anne across the way!

Wouldn’t even read us Dairy Queen a one star. Drinks were horrible and super expensive for two medium drinks. I don’t live in the area wish I could’ve gotten a refund

The two employees were very impolite when I asked for assistance. Despite my family and I enjoying dining here, we have decided to try a different restaurant next time.

The staff at this restaurant were disrespectful and unprofessional. They demanded payment without explanation and then spoke negatively about us when we couldn't understand their instructions. Our experience was further worsened when one of the employees shouted at us. We will not be returning.
