The entrance here is a little hard to turn left into, or drive across W Old Shakopee to get to it. So, be careful. It is connected to the parking lot of the MGM mini-mall, so I turned turned right into W Old Shakopee, went down the way, then Iturned left into that parking lot much more easily. And again the left turn onto W Old Shakopee via the exit from Dairy Queenis even worse. I 'd say take a left into the parking lot and drive through that to take a right onto France Ave South with thelight at W Old Shakopee. The interior is clean and has good seating. The customer service was busy, but friendly. I went at730pm. So, I decided to skip the drive through. Customers at most quick stop places like this, have a hard time getting theirpaper towels into the garbage can, so it was piling up, but otherwise clean. Environments look so different between day andnight. I tried to get a night shot of the front, but I guess I didn 't

This DQ is a bit lacking. No gravy dipping sauce available for our chicken strip basket. Dr. Pepper was out with no signage to indicate the fact. Toast was burnt. Fries were cold. It took 25 minutes to get our food. Only one bathroom available forcustomers to use. The chicken was hot though. So, thankful for that.

The soft portion is always good! but the personal is extremely poor and the braid is a sweat. no personal in the last 15 o'clock to serve them even something else than ice and tasty. they are always a closed earlier than the posted times. it is specifically this place, most others are busy enough to work it.

Really disappointed by this dq. I wait twice and waited almost 25 minutes in drive for cold and soggy chicken strips and fries. second time I went only for a blurry and for $7 I got a big blurry with literally 3 pieces keksteig in the whole thing. don't go here if you don't want to be disappointed.

Hard to believe, but this place is worse than last year and that says something. I have placed a simple app order from a double cheeseburger and brezel with queensoße. I received a cold burger without cheese and brown, red salate. They were surprisingly warm, but not a queen. they had an hour for such a simple order and they still cannot get it right. I remember when dq was good quality and reliable to never buy from them again.
