I am extremely disappointed with my order from UberEats today. The estimated delivery time was between 5 to 25 minutes. I placed my order at 10:30 AM, and I still haven't received my food. I called the restaurant several times. The first time I reached someone, they said the food had been picked up just 3 minutes ago and was on the way. Now, over two hours later, I'm still waiting, and the food never arrived. This service is very unprofessional!

I ordered from Uber Eats like everyone else, but my food never arrived. After waiting for 2 hours, the status said "out for delivery," but it clearly wasn't true. How is this restaurant still in business with service like this?

If there is a possibility for negative stars, this place deserves it. Read others reviews because they are in fact correct. My roomate ordered around $100 in food and it never came. No return call the next day to correct either miscommunication or blatant disregard for our order. Either way unacceptable and they should be take off Uber eats.

Worst place ever to order from. Either locations NEVER answer their phones.. placed an order for delivery and NEVER received it but was charged. I'm still waiting on my $67 refund.. called numerous of times and left voicemails.. no answer as of yet. It's been 2days. Going in person is my next best bet. Ugh oh!!
