Dunkin' - Bloomfield

Wow, simply wow. This was by far my worst experience at Dunkin. I placed a mobile order, yet they somehow managed to get it wrong. When they remade my order, it was terrible. This was the worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I definitely do not recommend it!

This is the best Dunkin' I've been to so far! There was a lady and a guy working there tonight, and they were incredibly kind and enthusiastic. They even gave us free sample donuts, which I really appreciated! I wish all other Dunkin' locations had staff like them.

I had a corn muffin that tasted like the weirdest corn muffin I’ve ever had. What an experience. Yikes!

I recently moved to town and have been working on my house, which means I've been stopping by here for coffee for the past two weeks. I don’t drink coffee and I'm not a fan of the DD menu, so I can’t really comment on the food. However, the few items I've tried were decent. My feedback is mainly about one individual: Yeicob. His customer service is outstanding—he’s proactive, works quickly, and always has a smile on his face. While I think some of the other staff could improve their customer service skills, the situation isn't as bad as some reviews suggest. Anyway, thank you, Yeicob, for your excellent service!

The coffee is excellent, and it's wonderful that they finally allow indoor dining.
