Good luck, we took the meal to take away and it was very good, it would have been even better on the spot! Entrance with foie gras is very copyy and foie gras with delicious white wine. The dish with a cod and an egg-tipped delight, I devoured: the thousand pistachio leaf (and almonds? very good (and I don't like pistachio yet!

It is by a surprise invitation that I was at the fishermen's meeting this Wednesday, January 3, 2024. What amazement....the patron is welcoming, the place tastefully decorated, the table beautifully erect.....and the suite is just as pleasant....I took the menu inspiration and he bears his name....all is inspiring, succulent...from the amuse mouth to dessert....everything is made home even bread, even delicious. Summarizing here the lived culinary experience would be almost a gageure so the cuisine is refined, tasteful, exceptional......I will come back, it's certain, soon surely....
