Group with 10 people. No problems checking in. Shuttle bus to Altenglan to the Draisinentour. Dinner excellent. Breakfast sufficient. Rooms clean and comfortable beds. All were completely satisfied.Everytime again!!
Super delicious salad, very friendly prepared. Also the Bruschetta was very good!I can only recommend. The menu was also partly supplemented with new dishes.
Were there a guest on a birthday. Catastrophic service.... have ordered Portuguese white herd... Question of service power:. The Rosé wine is? At another guest, this service has asked if the wine glass is on the right or left... a guest ordered wein at 12 a.m., was taken at 3 p.m. If you weren't asked for drinks, it's best to order it on the buffet itself and just take it. Coughing over the chairs is okay. But if they're totally crumbling, that doesn't look good.... Eating was a bit. Cake I brought was not put on the buffet, had to get him out of the kitchen.
The location is the best at this hotel. Everything else has a lot of potential. Once and never again!
