Bidra med feedbackThis place is fantastic! We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the family-run shop. The ice cream was generous and delicious, the lunch specials were tasty and unique, and the homemade cookies and donuts were to die for. It's one of our favorite spots in the San Juans. We'll definitely be back soon!
I've visited this marina several times and have consistently had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the store is well-stocked with reasonable prices. While it's true that you can't leave the marina, it's an ideal spot to dock your boat for the night.
I had an unbelievably rude experience at this marina. Before I had even made it halfway in, someone came out and literally screamed at me, insulted me, threatened me, and refused to provide fuel service, all within 15 seconds of my arrival. She was shouting about jet skis, even though I was on a Fish Pro, which is a personal watercraft designed specifically for fishing and touring, and is licensed and insured by Washington State. My clients were on two GTXs, which are also licensed and insured. We created less wake, noise, and disruption compared to many other boats we encountered in San Juan County. We needed 45 gallons of fuel, but we were forced to leave without it. In the future, I will make sure to buy all my gas and supplies in Anacortes and can highly recommend Skyline Marina—those are real boat people and super friendly! The people in LaConner are pretty great too. As for Blakely Island? Not so much.
The restaurant offers a great variety of items you may have forgotten to pack for your trip to the islands. Their Hawaiian-style hot dogs are delicious, and the homemade ice cream is absolutely fantastic. The owners are very friendly and eager to assist. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.
I was disappointed that they didn't offer a wide selection of canned or jarred products.
