Bidra med feedbackThe girl at the counter was quite unfriendly. When I approached her and greeted her with a smile, saying, "Hi, how are you?" she just stared at me with a blank expression. I chose to brush it off. After completing my order, I said, "Thank you so much," but once again, she responded with a straight face. I find it hard to understand how someone in customer service can lack such basic manners.
The service was quick, and the food was excellent. However, I noticed an issue with the cashier, Brian; he often has a noticeable odor. Today, I visited the Wawa, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an unpleasant smell of body odor. Once again, it seemed that Brian hadn’t showered, and the entire store was affected. Is there anything that can be done about this situation?
I stopped by for coffee at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, and when I took a sip, I found it to be terrible, so I decided to throw it away.
Today, I made a purchase at this Wawa and I thought I was overcharged at the register. I had bought some drinks on a "buy two for $2.50" deal. After leaving the store, I decided to call them, and Nikki Hickman assisted me. Despite having poor reception, she was able to help me out. She called me back in 15 minutes to confirm that I hadn’t been overcharged. It was a relief and a pleasure to receive such efficient assistance. I really appreciate it because I didn't have to make a return trip to the store.

Even though I didn’t have the receipt, she was able to assist me and called me back in under 15 minutes to confirm that I had not been overcharged. It was a relief to receive such prompt assistance, and I truly appreciated it, as I didn’t need to go back to the store.
