Recommended. Poor Billy's is expensive for Blacksburg... what I like, because I can go there for a nice dinner with the woman and don't worry about the reef win. I have eaten twice there, both times were an excellent experience. I ate there a month apart, and I had the same server that actually remembered what I ordered (it is not as if I had any deformities or heinous tattoos that would remind him of me for other reasons). Your seafood is freshly flown (the Ahi tuna comes from Hawaii at least 3 times a week if I remember correctly). Both times I ordered an off-Menu article (both Ahi Tuna Steak with light seaweed and sesame salad). Ahi was boiled to PERFECTION....1 steak with a hard 1/8 guerrilla. Others in my party had steaks who were gigantic and seemed to be professionally prepared. For dessert I had a nice cream brussels while my wife app had Ie crisp with a delicious Maker's Mark whipped cream. I'm glad to give this place a shot.
