Rapsodia - Bistriţa

On a Bussiness trip I was looking for a place to eat . Location is central , in a old and nice house , has a large terrace with lot of green around . It was so cold and they did not aloud serving inside...only on terrace which i think is extremely impolite and un respectful for customers . But I was in a hurry and too hungry to go somewhere else . I had a burger which cost 40 lei , more expensive than average but it was not that tasty as I expected . Service was nice and young lady very friendly and polite ! Nice place for a drink during summer because of the terrace but pricey and management get a minus ! Thank

The restaurant fits my criteria of being a rather bland and mediocre restaurant. The only thing that has caught my eye was the seafood risotto. The risotto itself was something similar to the traditional Romanian rice with milk; the seafood tasted rather cheap as if...purchased and provided from a nearby supermarket not and didn 't feel like it tasted fresh or not commercial. The steak was somewhere around the mediocre line on the spectrum and didn 't meet my high expectations of being the best restaurant in town as people suggested; if anything it just felt like any other standard restaurant that you would find in the city. However, the thing that has made me least adamant about coming back to the restaurant and made me really poignant about it was the extremely rude customer service towards others like myself who do this for a living. Shameful really. However if anything I would rather just go and eat shawarma which is cheaper, nicer and not rude to you and it will make your day more memorable.

I was there for a football match and we had the best ribs and a burger, really tasty and my girlfriend had the octopus Lovely big screen and really nice atmosphere

Nice welcoming team, great service! The ciorba de vacuta was delicious... The spare ribs are the reason I don 't give the full 5 stars, because they were far from perfect! : And the cleanliness of the table ... after the rain as it was told...us! : D

Great central location, cozy, intimate and elegant garden! Friendly staff, but I would think that food is expensive for the quality of ingredients.
