Wendy's - Bismarck

I have to say this is one of the worst Wendy's that I have ever been to in my life. I strongly recommending to avoid this Wendy's. The service is rude, they don't pay attention to the customers, there were people visiting from another state that were there, and I asked them what drew them to this Wendy's, and they said they just drove by and pulled in. Now if this is what an out of town person is going to see Bismarck Wendy's on the south side is like, I am ashamed to say that I live in Bismarck next to this Wendy's. Absolutely avoid it!!!

The food was excellent, as it usually is, but the drive-thru clerk seemed to be a bit challenged in their role.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a spicy Asiago chicken sandwich, but when I got to the window and checked my order before driving away, I realized they had given me the wrong sandwich. I went back to let them know about the mistake, and the guy who took my order casually told me, "Oh, we don’t have any Asiago cheese." Seriously? That’s just ridiculous. I would recommend avoiding the Wendy’s on the expressway.

Now I don’t usually do reviews, But this establishment right here is dead wrong!! I ordered a double stack and some chicken nuggets. I go to pick up my double stack and the bun was harder than rocket science! Like you needed a 120 IQ to eat that burger that’s how hard it was! That burger tasted like they had it sit in the freezer all day and then took it out and microwaved it when I ordered it. My chicken nuggets were dehydrated. Wendy’s did me so wrong I don’t think I can recover from it.

The burger and fries that I had this day were some of the best I've had at a fast food restaurant lately. The staff at the window pretty much ignores you, but as long as I get hot, fresh food, it isn't a huge deal.
