The staff is always very friendly, always trying to make things right for me. But dang, can 't I just get my order go without the hassle of correcting their mistakes over over again?!?
Staff were not able to offer a partial refund when they made an error on my pizza. I didn't have time to wait for a new pizza, which they didnt offer anyways. When I called back to see if they could offer a coupon or other resolution, the manager was rude saying I swore at him and he couldn't do anything for me because I didn't pay with a credit card or have a receipt.
I had a significant issue placing my order on the website as a guest. Although the site charged my bank for the order, I couldn't find the confirmation anywhere in my Google history—only the homepage would appear. Fortunately, after speaking with Damien, we were able to resolve the issue. This guy deserves a raise! He handled everything smoothly and without any fuss. I hope his manager sees this. By the way, my order was filled just before closing time. My wife and I were outside the store when the employees kindly brought our last-minute order out to our vehicle. Thank you, Damien and team! We would definitely order from here again, but next time, I'll make sure to create an account and sign in on the website.
I called to order a pizza and gave them my information, but then they put me on hold. When a different person answered, I learned that I must have reached the call center in the Philippines. I placed my order again and finally received my pizza, but they forgot my pepperoncinis. I called back to inform them about the missing item and got hung up on. I called again and spoke to the assistant manager, who said he would send the pepperoncinis, but they never arrived. An hour later, when I called back, he claimed that I had never ordered them. I requested a receipt, and he mentioned that if they were delivering a receipt, they may as well send the pepperoncinis. I reminded him that I thought I hadn’t ordered them, but apparently I had. At that point, I just hung up. The service was completely unhelpful in Bismarck, ND.
I ordered the epic pepperoni pizza and it was really good. However, I always ask for garlic sauce, but they seem to have trouble remembering to include it. I've had to call them to remind them, and it feels like they get upset with me when it's their mistake. It would be nice if they could just get my order right the first time.
