I ordered lunch yesterday to be delivered at 11:30am. I purposely ordered my delivery for 15 mins before my lunch break because they’ve ran late in the past. Unfortunately it came 35 mins late. I work in a school system and can’t really eat in front of my students. Very disappointing! I’m not sure I’ll order from the South Bismarck location again. I placed my order in the morning before the store opened. If the company is too short staffed to keep up on orders, they shouldn’t accept so many orders.

I have severe gluten and dairy allergies and I asked to buy a couple of their gluten free buns and the owner scoffed at me. He said I guess if you actually want to pay for it. I felt hurt by the way he said that as this is the only place that I have found them in town. I have no issues paying for the bins at all but how rude was it that he scoffed and denied me them before I said that I was okay to pay for it. Long story short, I will not be going back the Erbert and Gerbert’s on La Salle for a while if ever as the customer service that has been so great in the past, was ruined by their owner.

Tried the Mac and Cheese for the first time and it was great! Love the Girf sandwich.
