My experience at this restaurant for Sunday lunch was delightful. I would definitely recommend it and would go back if I'm in the area again. The cost per person was around £80-90. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5.

I came here for a funeral wake. The buffet food was average and nothing special. There was no wifi at all, which was disappointing. The landlady didn't seem to care as long as it didn't affect her own usage. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 4 each.

The restaurant was peaceful, with friendly staff and delicious food. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars.

We recently booked the Woodman Inn for the our Aunts Wake. We visited the Inn before booking and were made welcome and given all the information we needed to complete the booking. We rang the week before with numbers and the menu we had chosen. On the day the buffet spread was amazing and there was plenty of it. The fish goujons were especially good as was the lemon drizzle cake. Everyone who attended commented that they enjoy the food and we would definitely recommend a visit. Once people dwindled away, the family stayed and some had an evening meal which again was delicious with good service. We found the staff helpful and friendly, we will visit again
