Bidra med feedbackWe visited today to see 2 members of staff with the rudest attitude, could just about understand what the man was saying and the lady just wanted to get us out as quickly as possible, food may taste amazing but you cant enjoy it when you wanted to throw it back at them.
Turned up at 930 to grab a bite to eat and they were locking up and wouldn't serve me, Google states they are open untill 10 and so does the sign on the front door, I am very disappointed!!
I have never been to a subway that doesn’t stock every type of bread, but this one seems to find it difficult as each time I go, they have always only got 2 or 3 available. Not good enough. I won’t bother again. Subway? Surely the name of the business is a hint as to what your customers are expecting and you can’t seem to live up to that.
I normally go to this branch and its generally quite good. However i went tonight (saturday) at 8.00 to be told they had no bread it was in the oven and would be about 25 minutes. Went back after half hour, still no bread. Saw people going in then out again. They must have lost a lot of money. Ended up getting pizza. Not impressed.
Customer Service is terrible lately, very stingy with the portion sizes, and sandwiches are not created very neatly. My daughter who is 12 visited and was over charged by £2 and when i confronted the lady she was really rude. Not sure if it has changed management, but it doesnt open early anymore like it used to, unsure if the staff are just rude to everyone, but really disappointing as it used to be so nice.
