Dixy Chicken - Birmingham

I placed an order for fries and only received 2 out of the 4 that were supposed to be in my order. After calling the restaurant twice, I was told that they would send the missing fries, but they never arrived. The staff claimed that the order was packed correctly, despite the missing fries. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service and was ultimately told that I shouldn't order from them if I wasn't happy. This experience has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I created this account just to warn others about their poor service quality.

After contacting Just Eat, they also made the process lengthy and suggested we call Dixys again, despite the fact that we had already done so. They did not do much to help us get a refund. Eventually, after numerous conversations, we received a refund for the burger. However, this was not sufficient. I have decided not to order from Dixys again in the future.

The food was terrible, be warned that the quality is low. It seems like the cleaners took the day off! Enter at your own risk.

I've eaten at a few dixys and I would say this was my favourite one,! Very good customer service as well if they miss something off the order they will gladly bring it back to you and usually give you a bit extra love this dixy the food is always warm on arrival and the wait time isn't too bad

Come here very often for eating in and take out. Food is great and very cheap with large burgers for £1 However, the place is very dirty once you start looking closer and hygiene ratings have been 1 which is a concern.
