Dixy Chicken - Birmingham

I've eaten at a few dixys and I would say this was my favourite one,! Very good customer service as well if they miss something off the order they will gladly bring it back to you and usually give you a bit extra love this dixy the food is always warm on arrival and the wait time isn't too bad

Come here very often for eating in and take out. Food is great and very cheap with large burgers for £1 However, the place is very dirty once you start looking closer and hygiene ratings have been 1 which is a concern.

Whenever I find myself working late I always pay a visit to this Dixy chicken restaurant which is by far one of the better outlets compared to others I have visited. Being that these restaurants are ran by franchised owners they can vary from restaurant to restaurant. However this being a favourite of mine for a late night feast with good friendly service and beautiful tasting chicken. A popular place with familes in the local community too.

Food came soo late, I called 2 times, was been told its coming which it didn't on its delivery time!!!! one delivery driver isn't my problem......sort it out

Had to wait 16 minites for food if when I placed the order a long time ago
