Caffe Nero - Birmingham

Wandering around this part of town it was nice to see Caffe Nero open again ,my twin brother Stephen and I visited this outlet and what a nice time we had . I love the look of this Caffe Nero, light and airy interior, lovely decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe. We were here on a Tuesday morning, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of the staff, we gave our details of name and phone number to assist with the governments track and trace system, we ordered a flat white coffee, these were served steaming hot, we just kicked back and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee's. From the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve, it was nice being able to enjoy a coffee in such a fine cafe. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and for a first time visit to this particular Caffe Nero we had a great time. This Caffe Nero is easy to locate along Lower Temple Street. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

The barista left the espresso shot to sit in a cup for a good minute before pouring the milk in. The taste was awful. For future espresso lives 10 seconds before turning bitter. It needs to be mixed with milk within this time. Also offering a sleeve for a scolding hot drink would help.

I’m a regular customer at this store. Staff are friendly and it is less busy relative to other chain coffee shops in the city centre. Waiting times can be slightly long at weekends lunch time; but I do feel baristas here do not rush and make sure they get the taste and presentation of the coffee right (if you are having coffee in store at least)

The coffee here is lovely especially as they offer a wide range of drinks. I like the atmosphere here too although it can get busy. It’s a little pricey but expected in a city centre

This is the one I usually go to before/after work or whenever I have some free time to relax as the downstairs is cosy and spacious The service is mostly friendly and the ambience is always calm and mellow The quality of drinks/food is always high and a very convenient location Would recommend
