Cafe Balti - Birmingham

Ordered via JustEat. Food arrived 15 mins before earliest stated time. Great tandoori chops. Bhajis a bit stodgy. The butter chicken with added lamb was excellent. The garlic rice good and the naan excellent.

They do not fulfil orders. If something is on an order they decide not to give you that item. Blaming just eat and giving me nothing but disgusting rude attitude on the phone. Vile place. Lost a valued customer. I hope you all fail in your lives. You seem to have conveniently moved, deleted or hidden my review on just eat too. Hmm.

Ordered from them every Saturday since March. Called them today at 5:58 and they recognised us from our order. Now 7.55 and no food. Half an hour ago they promised 15 minutes at latest as they were busy! No sign of food. Have given up and cooked ourselves. Pity.

I've ordered from Café Balti many many times and I have always had good service and the food has been of a high standard. Delivery quick and the online ordering is a breeze to use. I reccomend this place highly and haven't yet found a takeaway that competes locally. Great job and keep those Patia's and Madras's coming.
