Loves the local Yummies from this place! Could use a power version and some spinach for their bagel sandwiches, but otherwise 100% delicious!

Great customer service! I had a pretty big order by Uber Eats and wrong order was delivered. I had no idea how to fix it quickly (we were UNGRY)! I called Bagel Factory and they made the order new and delivered it even hot and with additional food for the inconvenience. Move to Bagel Factory!

Dear Owner; (or to whom it may concern) Your Bagels are really fantastic, BUT I would like the option to buy a BACON BAGEL. I think it would be great. there are Tons of people that like bagels AND bacon. it could be a big seller.
