Moe's Southwest Grill - Birmingham

Overcharged me & wouldn't make it right. After years of coming here & now being treated this way - they have lost a customer.

First, I love Moe's But this location has really gone down hill recently The serving line, sauce area, drink area were all a mess.

I was really hoping for a nearby place to get a good burritoI ordered online, left right away to pick it up.

The food was good and the service was excellent, they let me sample things to see if i liked them before even buying which was nice for being a first time customer. If I had to chose Moe's over Chipotle any day it would be Moes. Good food, great portionsand excellent service.

Asked for 2 home wrecker burritos. The person asked if we wanted bowls, we said ?no, we want burritos?. Guess what we received? Two bowls.
