Bidra med feedbackI visited Full Moon around 3:30 PM, but unfortunately, they were out of the grilled chicken Caesar salad, my usual favorite. I opted for a regular cheeseburger without tomato instead, but it fell short of my expectations. The burger lacked flavor and, for the price that Full Moon charges, I anticipated something much better. It was overly soggy, as they slathered it with too much mayo and ketchup. This was disappointing, especially since I've enjoyed their burgers in the past. Additionally, I noticed that the staff aren't always very friendly, and they tend to rush you through the line, even when there are no customers waiting. Just a note: the restaurant is located in the UAB Hill Center, which currently has no COVID restrictions or social distancing measures in place.
On Tuesday, I visited Full Moon at the Hill Student Center. I ordered the buffalo chicken tenders and French fries, along with a large orange Fanta. I would rate the food a decent 6 out of 10. It wasn't the best meal I've had there, but it also wasn’t the worst. I waited in line for about 9 minutes before placing my order, and then it took another 10 minutes for my food to be ready. The chicken tenders weren't as fresh as I remember them being in the past, but the fries were hot and delicious! The service during the ordering process was good, and the staff was very polite. I found a seat in the student center and enjoyed my meal. There weren't many COVID-19 protocols in place, although some employees were wearing masks. I know restaurants have their ups and downs, but I felt a bit disappointed with Full Moon this time, especially since I usually eat there 3-4 times a week. I’ll definitely be back to order the same thing in a week or two, and I hope my next experience will be much better.
I visited the restaurant today and paid $12 for a potato, but the meat was undercooked and still pink inside. They clearly rushed the preparation. The potato had just one tiny green onion on it, no sour cream, and barely any cheese. To make matters worse, they messed up my order, so I had to request a refund. I had a feeling my experience would be disappointing since my last visit was terrible, but this time was simply unbelievable. I will definitely not be returning.
The place opens at 1030. The fence is still closed at 15 til 11. The person behind the fence mumbles “1030 to 11” when asked what time they opened. It isn’t either or. Pick one, Google states 1030. Based off the other reviews, this behavior isn’t out of the ordinary. I’d advise hiring new people.
Horrible customer service and so expensive for what they are providing
